The Upstream Works EU expansion is spearheaded by seasoned industry professional Andy McDonald, who has been appointed as VP and GM of EMEA. A seasoned sales leader, McDonald has a wealth of experience driving innovative customer contact strategies to deliver real business value across the enterprise. McDonald previously held senior roles at Avaya, Inc., Nice Systems, and more recently served as VP EMEA at eGain Corporation. “We are excited to have Andy on board to lead the company’s expansion and our market presence throughout Europe,” said Rob McDougall, President and CEO of Upstream Works. “He brings an expert understanding of the European contact center industry.
